Winner: Scratch-Off Ticket Worth $3 Million Sold In Montgomery County

A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Elkins Park paid $30 and became a millionaire this week, according to PA Lottery Commission.

The lucky player won the top prize for the $3,000,000 Fun Fortune scratch-off game. 

The vendor, Ace Tobacco Town at 419 West Cheltenham Avenue, will receive a $10,000 bonus check for selling the winning slip. 

All scratch-off winners have up to one year from the game's end-sale date to claim their prize. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
